http://wwwapps.ups.com/WebTracking/reference
This web page allows you to track a package using a secondary reference number on a shipment. Since Ruger uses the serial number as a reference number on the return tag, I assumed they were doing the same on the shipment back. They are, you can use your S/N to find your tracking number without having to call Ruger, since they are so busy. You can find the full details of your shipment. I thought everybody might enjoy knowing when to expect your baby back home.

Sent my LCP back for the recall work on December 4th. Just got it back today on December 29th  Ruger's fault? Heck no! It was back in a little over a week. But here in Northwest Oregon we had (for us) a 40 year snow storm or that's what the media called it. If you are at all familiar with Northwest Oregon you know that an inch of snow causes panic and chaos. The several inches that did fall caused an almost complete paralysis. While my LCP was in the UPS depot about two weeks ago the trucks just got out on the road today. Anyway, the gun arrived with all the changes made with accompanying documentation and I am a happy camper as I truly missed Elsie a lot. FWIW ;D

they delivered my lcp today and the b a s t - - d s didn't even knock or use the door bell and I waited here all day for them. They left a note on the door and will be back friday. Not a happy camper with UPS. Why even stop if you aren't going to knock.

oh well, something to look forward to Friday.

I received an e-mail mine was shipped the 30th, it should have come today but I could not get the tracking on that site to work either, I think they shut it down as they may have been getting calls. They have given me the run around for just about a month. I have received so many phony stories from these people as where my gun is its pathetic.

In the Shipment Reference: space you put your S/N
ie 370-50xxx and it will show you anything that has happened with that s/n.

See picture
Davis, When I put the serial # in that space it shows when the gun arived in Phoenix, 12/3. So the e-mail they sent me about shipping it the 30 is not true. As it should show on the tracking shipped , Right?

Does it show the original shipment when UPS picked up your elsie? It will not show the shippment back to you until UPS has it. This is a UPS site, not Ruger.

I really don't know but i would think if UPS picked it up on the 30th (Yesterday) it would show up on UPS's site

Thanks! Just as I suspected another BS story from them. They admitted loosing my gun and I think now they are stalling.
