Just a quick question. I recently sold a gun on Gunbroker, and I down loaded all the ATF reqmts before hand. It allows for a citizen with out an FFL to ship "OVER NIGHT ONLY"(UPS) and cost was $54.00, UUGGHH to an FFL person, once you have received a copy of their license. I also made sure I was reading it correctly by talking to other licensed dealers. What do you make of that? Was I in error??kraigster414 said:For starters, you gun has to be mailed FFL to FFL, that means your local gun shop to the local out-of-state gun shop of the trader. After that all state and federal gun/licensing laws apply.
As for your second question, people have different needs and wants. It is not unusal for someone to go from a larger caliber to a lower caliber gun and vice versa if that's the gun they want.
