Years ago, I wore one on these occasionally in the summer with a little Smith J frame. I would think it would work even better with a lighter LCP but then again, if you have a pocket somewhere, it's easy enough just to toss the little gun in. It would seem that carrying in the pocket would also be a faster reach . The Thunderwear is soft cloth. I mention that only because I tried the stretch nylon versions and found them very uncomfortable.

I use the SmartCarry http://SmartCarry.com, which is similar to Thunderwear to carry my M&P 45fs with it's companion 14-round spare magazine. Love the holster and love the company. For the LCP, I prefer pocket carry while walking around. I'm experimenting with two kinds of clips for carrying while driving.

LOL... it won't work very well for fat guys like me, LCP or a 1911.
Well now. I have a bit of a tummy. :-[ Well, maybe a bit more than a bit. The SmartCarry took me about 3 weeks to work out all the methods for walking, sitting, stooping, driving and transitioning between modes. I chose SmartCarry because I must use deep cover because of family and social interactions which include lots of hugs. I'm even able to roughhouse with my grandchildren while carrying without discovery. Most of my family and social circle would not approve of my carrying.

In general I use a Superfly and normal carry is pocket of "bike" jacket. It's not something I do often but I have used the "Thunderware" and I wear Scrubs and the little LCP is unnoticable and really not too uncomfortable. I originally got it for use with a Kel-Tec PF9 and it works there too, although for me that's pushing it size wise ( ??? although I was suddenly more popular ???). If one needs deep cover or if conceal is more important than quick access the the ThunderWare or SmartCarry is clearly an option for CCW.

I have for the past year worn alot the 5.11 holster t-shirt. Works super, It must be worn under something like a sweat shirt or button shirt but you can loose a lcp in there and a holster type pocket on each side give one a place for a spare magazine. wallet, condoms, etc.

5.11 makes good stuff and I highly recommend this nylone/spandex type t-shirt\
