Anyone getting small scratches on the slide, near the barrel? I'm new to guns, just wondering if this is "normal" or not? A friend of mine took a look and said it looks like ejecting shells might be hitting and scratching it....

I have the same scratches appearing. I am guessing it is just normal wear and tear.
