Is there a site that has a correllation between serial numbers and date of manufacture? Seems like some upgrade/modifications are done throughout the manufacturing process and are more driven by the date the LCP was made vs the serial number. Let me if there is. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure the test fire date would be an accurate reflection of the date of manufacture. My LCP was purchased at Cabelas in AZ on Sept 26th and test fired on 8-21-08 in CT. I first fired it on Oct 5th with no problems.
