First handgun was a Colt .22 New Frontier bought at a Western Auto back in 1972(?) in Florida. The Ruger .22 I really wanted was on hold for another customer. Well, the Colt was overpriced at $90.00 but I bought it anyway...
The Ruger was eventually available,again, for $75.00. Bought it.... Still got it...Since then, A Ruger .308 RSI, Blackhawk .45 LC, P-89, Mini-30......I'm waiting on my LCP (Is'nt everyone?) At my age, a .45 ACP on the hip gets a bit heavy after a while, so my new LCP will be my Go to Church, Sunday Meeting, Howdy Pastor.... Gotta Go now, Aunt Betsy's got a Pie in the oven gun.....
