My short fat fingers just don't take to finger grooves. They never fit the groove and the P99c was particularly uncomfortable. 'Had Mike at Accurate Iron remove the finger groove on my Walther P99 compact and stipple the surface and I think it came out very nice. Much improved ergonomics for me. I highly recommend Mike's work. Now my Walther is perfect.
