I went to a local gun store at noon today in Albuquerque and finally got an LCP! They were still unpacking their order and I had to wait a very, very, very long hour to see it. Very nice folks at Sportsman's Warehouse.
This gun is actually for my wife when her G26 is inappropriate. She already loves it. She's a little shocked at the price of ammo, especially when it is less powerful than her 9mm. She'll probably get over it.
Of course, you can't find even one round of .380 ammo in town right now. All of you bums have cleaned out the shelves! I had to order online. Cross my fingers. I'll get over it.
So, I will be even more glad when we get to fire it.
