I noticed that it was loose and tried to make sure that it was installed properly. I have installed a few 3rd party mods: extended mag release, mag disconnect, hammer & sear, extended safety lever so the pistol has been disassembled and the trigger has been in and out and I thought back in again properly. I saw the spring that rides on the pin and I thought the grooves in the pin would be held by that spring. Something is not right and the pin walked out while I was shooting. What did I miss during re-assembly?
