I went out yesterday for my second time and fired my LCP, even at 10 feet I notice I shoot low, 2 to 3 inches, of center of bulls eye. I have only fired 100 but flawless rounds so my question is, do I need more practice or do others notice this too. Also some rounds low and to the right. I know not really a target gun, but any input would be appreciated.

It is difficult to separate the gun from the shooter without the gun immobilized. That being said, it is almost always the shooter. The easiest thing to try is to have someone else shoot your LCP. If the same situation persists, I would be more willing to accept the premise that it is the gun and not the shooter.

Assuming it is the shooter, you need some tools to help diagnose your situation. A knowledgeable observe can be helpful. My favorite tool is the diagnostic targets shown below. The versions I use were obtained from one of the free target download sites. Nice variety and you print your own. http://www.reloadbench.com/pdf.html

Those are great corrective reference targets.
