Integrated metal pocket clip for the LCP?

Does anyone know if you can get a integrated metal pocket clip for the LCP?

I think he means a clip like what KT sells for the P3AT.

The KT clip can be modified to fit the LCP, but nobody makes an LCP specific clip yet....

I had one of those on mine for awhile, used it when I was jogging. Worked ok, but I found a cell phone holster I use IWB, works better, and has the trigger covered. I was always a little nervous with the trigger exposed....

I used this before I added the LaserGuard.


When I tried modifying it to accommodate the LaserGuard, I ended up tearing it in half. I corresponded with the company to see if they had a version with tougher material. No they don't, but they replaced mine free of charge even though the failure was my fault. A good company to work with.

I will be adding a Universal ClipDraw http://www.clipdraw.com/store/index.php?rn=395&action=show_detail to my LCP shortly. I have one for my M&P 45fs. The nice thing about the universal model is that you can choose the position to optimize balance and assurance of covering the trigger area where you want it.

Elsewhere on the forum there is a discussion about adding a Kel Tec P-3AT clip to their LCP.

Are you going to quit using the Covert Carrier clip, or use it in conjunction with the universal Clipdraw?

I am abandoning the Covert Carrier in favor of the ClipDraw. I am unable to figure out a way to use the CovertCarrier with the Crimson Trace LaserGuard installed.

The ClipDraw has the advantage of placing it such that gravity wants to keep the muzzle pointing to the center of the earth. Positioning the ClipDraw such that my belt covers the trigger lets it act like a holster in that the trigger is covered by sufficiently stiff material that it cannot be accidentally activated.

The Kel-tec clip for the .32-.380 fits perfectly.I like this way to carry best.

Do you have a picture of this on the LCP?? I want to see how it fits the gun. Does it get in the way when holstering?

Not my picture, but this should help. I selected a new picture with a P3AT clip on an LCP.

It will fit. However at the back there is a little space so it don't fit snug and it allows the screw to work loose. you may could use something like locktight on the screw. But overall, it worked.

The Kel Tec kit came in but the pin has a larger diameter than the stock pin, I don't want to force it.  Is there a way to modify the kit, and if so how?  Thanks for any help.

Go ahead and set the screw and tighten it. It seats perfectly. Try to lube it with a touch of grease before you introduce it and then tighten.

Hi all I just want to contribute on topic belt clip I have a keltec p32 and I took it out and tried installing to my lcp and it did fit but did some slight bending of metal clip but everything fits. Then I ordered it from keltec website. I usually carry in this way and you won't notice or feel that you have it. If you have any question post it here or message me. I will post pics soon.
