My first post / introduction into this forum. Greetings, everyone! ;D I've been "lurking" for about a month or so, just following the posts regarding the recall & some other stuff. Always nice to be "surrounded" by so many like-minded individuals.

Got my LCP back in October. Actually, I bought it for my wife as a birthday present, so she can use it for concealed carry. It has since been adopted by me, as I've been the one to take it to the range & then send it back through the recall.

I look forward to hangin' around here / posting from time to time and learning from everybody else's experiences & knowledge.

BTW, we use to live in Reynoldsburg. I miss all of the restaurant and shopping options, but really enjoy living in the hills of Southern Ohio!

Well, hello Preacher! I was just down in your neck of the woods the past few weeks for work. Did some work in Jackson, Ironton & Coal Grove. Passed through Portsmouth on the way to and rfom Ironton, of course. Always enjoy driving through & working in Southern Ohio. Nice people & a down-home atmosphere, that's for sure!

Yep, I've been to Vance's too many times to count - I live about 7 or 8 miles from there. Got my Elsie Pea from there on October 1st, as soon as they came out with that month's sales flyer and had a god amount of stock on-hand. It was nice to finally be in the right place at the right time.

I don't know if I'll get another one......yet. I (like many others) submitted my info online for the recall the day after it was announced.....and my info was lost somewhere. Long story short, I sent the pistol in last Wednesday evening (12/17) & got it back on Monday (12/22). Haven't taken it to the range yet to see how it functions, but I'm looking forward to it. I just hope the trigger pull will lighten up over time! I need to see how this one does before I get one for myself. Then again, I switch between my Smith and Wesson M&P and model 642 for concealed carry, so I really don't neeeeed another gun. Hmmmm......or do I?? :
