New, and I mean new, LCP owner from PA. Picked up a brand new LCP at Grice Guns in Clearfield last Thursday, and haven't had a chance to get to the range yet. Will as soon as I pick up some ammo (Grice was out of .380 ... go figure)!

I'm not new to mouseguns, being the proud owner of one of the first 200 Kel-Tec P32s. It had to make one trip to the factory during its early months for failures to extract, but after a factory tune up, it has been flawless and faithful for nine years. So my new LCP will have to shine for me to be impressed. But I expect to be. I'm a big fan of Ruger revolvers.

I'm a regular on TheHighRoad, and TheFiringLine, and learned of elsiepeaforum over on TheRugerForum.

Hey Legionnaire, welcome to the forum. It's a pretty darn friendly place to BS about the LCP.... :D

Thanks, Ooben. Just took a lunch break and stopped by my local dealer to see if he had any .380 ACP and (aargh!) no, he didn't. Seems like .380 ammo is as scarce as the LCP itself in these parts! I ordered 150 rounds and a spare magazine on-line a few days ago but it's getting tough to wait, the weather being beautiful and all ...
