Georgia Firearms License - Required to be in a Holster

I am a GFL. (Georgia Firearms Licensee) Here in Georgia, we are required to have our weapon in a holster. I usually carry a Model 15, a Beretta 86, a Model 36, or a Model 642 Airlight. When I find a suitable holster for my Delta Elite Match 10, I'll carry that too. I carry these in a DeSantis TBS (Thumbbreak Outside the Waistband).

I have a couple of Don Hume FIT, but I prefer to have a sort of retention for when I am active to lessen the "bounce out". (I loathe dropping any of my firearms.)

Although I will have a pocket holster at some point for the LCP, I do not typically carry that way. I want something like a (tiny) DeSantis TBS for the LCP. I OC and CC anything I carry, and although the LCP is tiny for (probably) in-pocket use... I want something for OTWB, leather.

Any suggestions?

I am GFL also and aware of the holster stipulation. But, what is the definition of a holster? Would a sock suffice?
I normally wear 5.11 trousers and just drop the LCP into one of the cargo pockets. Just as accessible and quick as waistband holster, probably more secure.
But, Sonny has other issues to deal with. I'll take my chances.
I carry here in GA and I do not like pocket carry very much. I have a 'Highnoon Holster' that I am not a big fan of. I also just purchased a D.M. Bullard IWB holster and should be getting it this week. I will post a report later this week.

Jim Powell may have what you're looking for in an IWB holster with restraining strap. He calls it the Sante Fe.
Many thanks, Guys! I talked to Jim this afternoon and I ordered one of his rigs. Nice, helpful guy!
I still question, "What is the definition of a holster"? Are pants pockets' holsters?
I am contemplating just having some sewn elastic into the waistband. It's purpose is a holster.
A "holster" presumably secures a handgun, a knife, maybe a hammer or Leatherman Tool.
I think this is one of those 1846 laws that is still in effect.

for sure if ur gonna carry that lcp, make sure what ever holster u chose covers the trigger and trigger guard.
I received The holster from Jim a few days later and it is a nice piece of work! Nicely made, and I had him add a retention strap.

Which one did you order??
Got a pic?
I think it was a Santa Fe, OWB and with a retention strap.

Ha, ha! I just looked at his site, and the holster now shown looks like mine... Same leather grain and stitches!
