Regarding failure to fire because of light primer strikes. Over a number of years I have found that oiling the firing pin channel even lightly will eventually cause failure to fire due to “light primer strikes “. The firing pin channel should definitely NOT be oiled. When reloading, not seating the primer fully into the primer pocket will also contribute to failure to fire.

I was not as luck I got 3 fires on 33 tries, with my new LCP Max. Just got it back from Ruger they replaced the entire upper and reprot 30 test fires with no issues I have not had it back to the range… stay tuned
