I have a MK IV 22/45. I upgraded the extractor to the Volquartzen, and noticed that the bottom edge (pic shows the extractor upside down) appears to have worn down. Anyone else see this behavior?

It bears notice that I have had some failure to extract issues, especially with standard velocity. I just installed a Tandemcross extractor, and will see if I get the same behavior. (The stock stamped piece did not appear to have this issue.)

Some one smart is going to know why V took the time to break that edge but it looks that way in the V bolt I just got from eBay.
