Paddle holsters are really convenient, very comfortable and cover well with a loose, short sleeve shirt.

Yeah, I'm kinda stuck in the middle between an Alien Gear Cloak OWB holster or just the simple black leather molded holster from Beretta themselves.

Still not sure if I wanna try to put a laser on it or just leave it bare and have an easier time finding a holster for it. Found a cool laser I believe from Armorlite that is a typical picatinny rail-mounted laser but it came with a molded plastic, gun-specific touch sensor that plugged into the back of the laser and followed the contour of the trigger guard and ended just past the curve from the trigger guard to the grip but I'm not sure if anybody makes a holster for the full size storm with a rail attachment.

We're empty nesters but when the grandkids come over (four from 11 to 24) I will pocket carry for safety.
Are the grandkids really that dangerous??

I don't normally carry around the house. I've got a shotgun next to my bed and a revolver in the side table next to my recliner in the living room. The only time I feel vulnerable is when I'm down in the basement. If I'm concerned for some reason, I can always take my LCP down with me. I haven't felt the need to do that yet, though. Our neighborhood is pretty safe.

When my wife & I are watching TV or on our computers we're on the opposite side of the house where our guns are. Our dog has great hearing but not access to that room & with the TV on we wouldn't here someone busting in. We do have an alarm system for breaking glass, opening windows, etc & I keep one LCR 38 in a little shelf under my computer monitor. In the bedroom I keep a 2nd LCR 38 in an IWB holster that's clipped to the bed frame, between the nightstand & bed. That one has tritium sights. Planning on putting my SIG P250 .45 there but I need to get a cheap paddle holster for it first, the one it came with would work on the opposite side bed frame only.

No carry in the house but the LCPII is close by in my study. A PT111G2 w/ 15 round mag sits atop the refrigerator and a Charter .38 Spc is in the bedside table. Behind the bedside table is a Maverick 88.

No, when I'm at home I am comfortable and confident- I can use my combat skills- plus I have the advantage of knowing where my arms are at all times- but the reality is- I got nothing of interest that anybody would want to come in my home- unless the idea was to off me, and I pity the fool that comes in first.
