They didn't "f up" the design. As someone who's worked through these types of issues with CTC for years (I was a "beta tester" for many of their Beretta and SIG models), it's a matter of competing interests. With the lasers made for tiny compact guns, there is a design goal of keeping the entire unit as small in profile as possible. If it gets bigger, people will complain that it compromises concealability.

The CTC will never be a 100% solution. There will always be some people whose hands don't quite fit the button properly. This is no different than a pistol grip that doesn't work just right for everyone, or a car seat, or ...

CTC has made changes to many of their designs over the years in response to customer feedback. That puts them way ahead of many companies. But expecting them to recall something just because yours doesn't perfectly fit you is crazy. If you want a refund, go to the store where you bought it, just as you would with any other product. Their return policy is up to them, not CTC.
I'm not the only one who's whining about this. It seems to be a fairly common complaint, though you'd have to venture to other forums to see how common it is.
Whining from the uninformed, does not make it a competent engineering judgment. I can't speak to your engineering competence, but most of what I've read on other boards regarding this issue have not been sensible.

Whatever... It's well documented. One only has to look beyond the confines of this forum. The good news is the Armalaser will solve the issue.
Perhaps some actual links to posts in the other forums you refer to might make your point more credibly than a "Whatever" or repeating the same point. I'm open minded and willing to learn, but my experience is contrary to your views. Educate me with evidence please.
