I don't have my LCP yet - but soon. :D It'll sport the CT laser when I get it.

I'm thinking about ordering a Grandfather Oak Kydex pocket holster for it - even though I don't have it yet (faith).

Kydex can't be stretched out like leather. If it were to be a snug fit for the gun and laser - I have a concern.

Is there a potential problem with perhaps loosening the laser from holstering and re-holstering in a snug kydex holster? Is the laser likely to be torqued out of alignment if this were to happen?

I know that thin kydex can give a little bit. But still..........

If my concern is legitimate - I may wait and make one myself out of ultra thin kydex. I've never done that. But I'm sure I could do it and it might be fun. (Even though the G,O. won't really break the bank!)

I'll 2nd the vote for the DeSantis pocket holsters. I use the Nemesis for my LCP w/ CT Laser and it works fantastic.

I've ordered one from Grandfather Oak. We'll just see how things work out. I didn't want to wait much longer. I want to have a holster for the gun when it gets here.

Actually, I've also ordered a kydex clip on IWB from FIST as well as the pocket holster from Grandfather Oak. They both say that they can build for the LCP with the Crimson Trace laser attached. I definately intend to put a laser on the gun as soon as I get it.

I'll give a report and (perhaps) post some pictures when I get the holsters.

I'm just "assuming" that the LCP will prove dependable for me when I test it out. Going out on a limb here!

When you are ready to buy your CT, make sure to buy it here from the ElsiePea Store... $160!!!
Wouldn't dream of buying it anywhere else. I'd like to support the site and besides it's the best price anywhere. I'll probably be including some glow in the dark dots, magazine extensions, and maybe even a Pachmayr slip on grip set up.

Got to dress her up a little!

I looked real hard at the holsters available from our sponsors. I wanted to go that way. I just couldn't find exactly what I wanted for my (admittedly) peculiar needs.

I'm thinking that the vast majority of folks will indeed find something right here in the sponsors sites to do the job- and the price is right in most cases.

Make sure that the holster will release the gun for deployment and it (the hoster) will stay in your pocket. I wasted a few dollars on pocket holsters that woulf not release the gun for a smooth draw.
Mika's Pocket Holsters do what they are designed to do.
Protect the gun
Hide the gun
Release the gun on a draw and stay put

I've got a MIKA for my 340. Great for the pocket of a coat. I could do better for pocket carry in slacks or jeans IMO. But it's still a value.
Has anyone heard anything on when the Armalaser will be out?? I have had one ordered since 10/22/08, and they said first week in December. They must have ran into a snag lol.
