While it's relatively cost (~$450), I have read many posts on other forums that it is of "decent" quality.

I'm considering this gun as a Birthday Present for my wife (early Jan.) in an attempt to get her involved in trap shooting. Don't want to spend a fortune ('till She wants more) but don't want something that falls appart the second, third, ... time she uses it.

Just me, but I'd look at Rem or Moss youth pump for the wife. Might be a better fit depending on her size, strength and the length of her arms.

She deff. won't like it if the shotgun doesn't fit worth a damn

and as an added bonus, they can be had for much less than $400... allowing you to spend a little more on some shiny metal and sparkly rocks that those crazy creatures seem to enjoy.
