Hello all. I thought I'd introduce myself being as everyone else has. I'm located out here in the great Pacific Northwest, Washington State. Washington State has been my home of record since my parents moved my brothers and I here in 1955. We all fell in love with this place and stayed. Now, I'm in my very late 60's (age wise) and am a brother, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle, neighbor, friend and more. I retired from law enforcement in 2020 after having served as an officer, investigator/Special Agent and eventually chief for over 45 years (combined). Now that I'm retired I have time to go pan for some gold, gather up some wild mushrooms, catch some salmon, steelhead and cutthroat trout from our local rivers and streams, enjoy my family and friends and simply kick back and enjoy what's left of my life. I served in the Army with the 82nd. Airborne and later with the 9th infantry in 1972-1975. I parachuted out of helicopters, C130's and C141's... all static line jumps. I'm very much a pro gun, pro Second Amendment advocate. I reload 90% of my own ammo and "plink" roughly once every couple of weeks. My EDC is a little .380 (Ruger LCP) in the warmer months and my SW M&P Shield .40 cal for the cooler, wet, cold months. Life is good! Get out and enjoy it! In short, I'm just another one of those average, ordinary, everyday guys everyone keeps hearing about. Thanks for the invite/opportunity. IMHO!
