I've got an LCP 10th Anniversary Edition, and want more magazines.
Ruger sells two mag versions: 90643 for the LCP, and 90644 for the LCPII
Maybe has to do with bolt hold-open?

Which should I get for the Anniversary Edition?

Yes. It's the hold open.
Either will work.
LCPII magazine will NOT add hold open to LCP.
LCP magazine in a LCPII will operate fine except you lose the hold open feature.

Let me re-word the OP's question slightly.

Will an LCPII magazine fit and function in an LCP?

I understand that the LCP is not designed to lock the slide open no matter which magazine is used.

Back to my issue:
When I got my 10th Anniversary, it came with 2 different magazines, pictured here, both made by Ruger. I'm guessing the one on the left is for the LCP II and bold hold-open, while the one on the left is the original LCP. Sound right? Thanks....
